World's Stupidest Cat

This is Neo. He is the World's stupidest cat. Here's the evidence:

He is almost entirely mute.
He has forgotten how to use the cat flap and sits outside in the rain until you let him in the front door. If we wants to go out, he flaps the front door keys.
He tries to drink from taps. If you fill a bowl with water right under his nose, you still have to pick him up and put his nose in it before he knows it's there.
He likes to lick feet.
He walks in front of you all the time trying his best to trip you up. Including when descending stairs.
The vet says he has a heart murmur (this isn't directly related to stupidity).

On the plus side, he's a gentle soul!

Watch out for more lazy blips when I can't think of anything and take pictures of the other cats!
