Music and mayflies

This lovely guy let me take his pic this evening in Winchester High Street. He was playing the same phrase of 8 notes (well, actually, 3 notes, though some repeated) over and over. Now I can't get them out of my head. The little white flecks are reminiscent of old-style dust on the enlarger, but of course they're not. Instead you're looking at a sample of the thousands and thousands of mayflies in town to party and catch the last of the sun.
