Feet up!

This just about sums up my day.......lazy!!! MrC dutifully got up before 8am to take the Saturday running group, but the boys and I stayed in our lazy beds 'til gone 9am. We went out for brunch then dragged our tummies into town to the Turkish barbers. MrC and Zac Quack were shorn (a missed blip opportunity) but Noo and I managed to keep our tatty heads of hair intact!! We then went home and all but Mr C enjoyed a 2 hour nap. (Just recounting the day so far is making me yawn!!)

I did manage a 5 mile run this evening, so haven't been a total slob....!!
