Oh I do like to be beside the seaside

Go to Darap's Blip for a synopsis of our day out. This is the bit at Belhaven beach, with Bass Rock visible in the distance. The scent of all the roses was amazing and despite the clouds it was still lovely and warm out. Lots of people (in wet suits) at a surf school just out of shot.

On the way home there was a 20 second heavy rain shower and the smell of the warm rain on the hot road was also very summery. Appropriate as I forgot that today was Midsummer's day.
