Midsummer bouquettte

A walk today on the hills above West Linton: happily, a warm, breezy, occasionally cool day on almost deserted hill. We got slightly off-route, found the Covenanter's grave and Robin's Kirk, startled surprisingly few grouse but many wild flowers, heard lots of curlews, and generally celebrated Midsummer.

Finished in the evening with a meal at Earthy and a quick visit to the Botanics - open till 10.30pm tonight
