Garter Procession - The Sovereign

Mum and I went to the Garter Procession in Windsor Castle today. Quite a bit of waiting, but ultimately rewarded with some top-rate pageantry as the procession of the Most Noble Order of the Garter passed by. As usual the weather was not performing well and light drizzle afflicted the procession at the critical moment.
