Accordion

Early evening walk round the centre of town and we came across this old lady playing the accordion on a street corner. I am still trying to build up to doing street photography but on this occasion I did ask if she would mind if I took her picture. She appeared to be foreign but was not shy in pointing to the hat on the pavement for a donation before any pictures were taken.

We had spent the day in Chester, with its quaint architecture and city walls. On the way back to Liverpool the driver was denied access to the first tunnel under the Mersey because, apparently, out coach was too big. So we had a trip further down the coast to take the other tunnel back to the city.
