We spent a fabulous and hectic day in London, covering a lot of ground, among other places The Florence Nightingale Museum (my wife is a nurse) and the very cool and arty area of Shoreditch - fascinating! Today's cuisine was international - English breakfast of course, Peruvian lunch (amazing) and Ethiopian dinner (absolutely wonderful)!
