Wind the bobbin up

I fancied putting up a colourful picture up today after what has been a pretty dark week. Today is a fairly quiet day as we didn't get in until quite late last night, so I'm trying to finish off a few sewing projects before I get started on some things for the new house.

'Wind the bobbin up' is a Yorkshire nursery rhyme, which my southern brother-in-law had never heard until my sister and I sang it to him a few years ago. I don't think he was ever impressed by our singing, but I always think of it when I'm sewing.
