Bike Nap

We drove to our New York apartment this midday, to meet friends and relatives over the weekend. This scene was outside the Whole Foods market nearby, where we usually shop. I did ask if I could take a shot, but posed no other questions. Dad is obviously ensuring that the little one is undisturbed, and Mom is presumable shopping at the market.

Afterwards my younger cousin Jesse (first cousin once removed) came by for drinks with his wife Beautie and their adorable four-month-old son Dante. Jesse is a mathematician living in South Africa, and Beautie is from Zimbabwe; it was our first meeting with her and Dante. We will see them at his sister's wedding next weekend, and I promise to post at least one family photo then.

Whole Foods is in fact providing my internet connection this evening; our apartment no longer has the unsecured WIFI signal which we have used for our last few visits.
