Fishing

I took a mate of mine, Jeremy, out on the bay fishing today. Don't ask me how such a young fellow has such a full beard...must be a throwback or something. Anyway we tried the canals with no success so I decided to head out on the bay proper, and because the weather was so pristine, with virtually no wind, I went out a lot further than I have been in years.

The spot we tried was interesting. We caught loads of these juvenile Flathead which are great eating when they are fully grown. Sure they are small, but we were using lures, and a small Flathead takes a lure the same as an adult. So it was fun and good practice.
