Dolly Parton

We are very lucky to have Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in our school community. The Imagination Library fosters a love of reading among preschool children by providing them with a free hardcover book every month from birth to the age of five.

Last night a group of volunteers were at Dolly's concert collecting donations for the Salford Imagination Library and a few of us had the privilege of meeting Dolly and attending the concert.

The meet and greet Dolly was bizarre. We were given strict instructions not to take personal photos or ask questions. We then queued up in a garage under the venue. We had our official photo taken with Dolly in front of her tour bus! She was tiny with no wrinkles! we can download the photo from her official website in a few days.
