London to Paris 2014

4am start to get to Greenwich Park in time to say a few words of encouragement to the wonderful 230 cyclists raising money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. Led by ex England footballer and leukaemia survivor, Geoff Thomas and his good friend John Salako, so many people, so many stories and £900k for LLR . So hard to be the one left behind, it was amazing!
