A shameless little bit of marketing tonight. This lamb is so good. Milk fed, grass fed, just over a year old rams are so tasty. Doing them slow and low with the marinade they've been in all day. Serving with garlic roast potatoes and simple dressed salad. Perfect for a night like tonight.
