After driving from the airport, the length of the Algarve, today I drove to Vilamoura and back. After my bad driving experience in Tenerife, I challenged myself to get back into a left hand drive car and drive on the wrong side of the road.
I did it. I'm not a natural, but I had to do it.
And I lost the hire car in Vilamoura. Momentarily.
It hasn't just been a physical journey.
