I thought I'd seen all the comedy giant ice cream signs in Eyemouth, but this was new to me; the boys were particularly appalled at the cannibalism of one ice cream eating another.

It really is a special kind of strange.

Although we'd missed the swimming pool (which seemed to have closed very early) there was football on the beach, seals in the harbour, prawns from the seafood stand, fish & chips at Giacopazzi's, and all the thrills of the amusement arcade.

As Mo said, if you could guarantee good weather, why would you go anywhere else for your holidays?
