knaresborough

staying in an inn near knaresborough so we visited it this afternoon. everything was shutting up. it was very pretty by the castle and river and the town was hung with bunting and tea shirts ready for the tour de France in three weeks.

we left our friends in shaw after breakfast this morning then stopped for lunch with my brother in Leeds.
they are defiantly more geared up for the TDF here than we are in SW. bunting everywhere and old bikes painted and placed in unusual spots.
