Walked the Highline again today. The first time I went I didn't rate it but today it was lovely. The sun makes all the difference. We then went up to Le Bain which is the rooftop bar at The Standard hotel. The rooftop is amazing in the sun and the view downtown is incredible. This pic shows a panoramic including the rooftop and view to the Freedom Tower.

Unfortunately though they weren't showing the football. As we're all now USA supporters, thanks England, we went to Brass Monkeys to show our support. The atmosphere was incredible, with more than one loon kitted out head to toe in Star-Spangled Banner clothing. Until Portugal scored in the final 30 seconds and the mood hit rock bottom and we made a quick exit back to Hoboken for food.
