Stairs or the Couch

Walked up 'The Mount' again after work.

I had to negotiate these stairs while I talked on the phone to a mate. He was sitting on his backside in his living room admiring the view.

I knew this because he never commented on the shortness of my breath or the stumbling sound of my steps as I struggled to walk and talk at the same time.

While the pace was challenging, I'm happy that I've pressured him into keeping up his own fitness regime. (Sorry about the crap photo)
