Prepare yourself.......

We met Cochrane and his human while out walking this morning. I asked if I could take his photo for my daily photo fix. Turns out that Cochrane is 14 years old. He is no longer able to walk and struggles to support himself even when standing hence why he was in the backpack. His human has a difficult decision to make today. What will be kinder for Cochrane?

I don't think we will meet his sweet little face again on our walks.
