Practising what I preach

Went to give blood today. Left JimJam with Jo and off I went. Came back really dissapointed. They could only get approx 350 mls off me so this doesn't get passed onto someone who needs it. It will more likely be used for research, so still worth going. However, I really needed to be able to give something back. Oh well, just have to wait another 16 weeks.

On a brighter note, Caitlin came home with a £10 book voucher that she won on the treasure map at her school fete.
