Island guacamalsa
Guacamole is my new favorite thing. For breakfast on toast? Yup. For lunch on crackers? Absolutely. For dinner on it's own? Check. I've redeveloped my friend Jarreau's recipe by adding a lot of cherry tomatoes, and it's treading the fine line between guac and salsa. So I present... Guacamalsa! Avocados, tomatoes, lemon juice, coriander, onion and salt and pepper. Yum!
