Fabric hunting at the awesome Design Centre in Chelsea Harbour before a stupendous dinner at Angela Hartnett's restaurant Murano. The best champagne I've ever tasted (a 1998 Celebris Gosset Extra Brut) an exquisite scallop ceviche, glorious bass and a fabulous apricot soufflé. Too good.
