Fishing with Green

Took L for a stroll through the fields. She really is awesome company. She used the grass for 'fishing' and later collected some 'coconuts' (pinecones) for her pet squirrel. We walked for miles without a complaint from her little legs.

We pass the little school on the way, which I thought would be good preparation for our school visit in the morning. I love the fact that this school is so small, the head teacher saw us walking by and came out to say hello to L, remembering her name. All helps for the transition. L however is going to need to learn to come out from her hiding place of behind my back when people are talking to her or school drop off might become challenging in September
