Didn't have the right answer for someone today. Or rather, it wasn't me that they needed an answer from. That made two people unhappy.

GP have me a good listening too this afternoon then prepped me for telling the consultant how bad things are. Left with prescription for more painkillers and advised that I would have to sign for receipt of my tramadol as they have recently become a controlled substance. I laughed. Particularly as she upped my prescription to get me through the next month.

As for my early night, 4 hours doing a data task tonight that would have taken much less time if I hadn't have had 11 interruptions in 90 minutes of work time this afternoon!
