The best art gallery I know

It's a cellar in a very old house, with sand as a floor, new artists showing their art every month. There is a design and interior boutique above the gallery. The whole building is a kind of a tourist attraction but when there is no entrance you should buy something sometimes... I've bought a painting here a couple of years ago. This time I found a lovely table from the 60's in the boutique, we are now discussing if we can put it somewhere in our home...
