A pain in the...

Knee.

It's hampering my running training.
I should be working up to 10k as not bad at 5k now but injured it Thursday / Saturday and it's still not right.

Out for a short 2k at a slower pace tonight and it started hurting before half way.

Getting frustrated as needing to get the longer distance runs in.

I suppose I should have patients and give it time to heal and in the mean time stink the house out with deep heat.
