Sign of a Jack of All Trades?

In Stockbridge for the afternoon, and I'd made a mental note to blip this, rather, confusing, sign. Obviously none of the businesses are there any more, the site has been redeveloped in to flats.

To decipher the sign, easier if viewed large, there's Joiners, Polar Ices - Garage, Atlas Express and then Robertson's Smith and Horseshoer.
