Summer Basketball Camp

Summer basketball camp started this week. Owen is in a camp for 3rd through 8th graders. It runs for 3 1/2 hours in the morning at the high school and is coached by a combination of high school students, alumni, and community coaches. Evan's camp is an hour the afternoon at the middle school and led by girls from the high school team and their coach. I really like the way these camps build community by enlisting older students athletes to mentor the younger kids.
