Keeping Cool

This little chap arrived on our front lawn again for his evening meal. I'm sure they wait until I appear at the kitchen window and swoop in. Never takes them long.
Here he is taking a drink having just forced himself on the female to then lay an egg. It was a soft shell egg which was eaten by the other male and then regurgitated and spewed onto the grass. I don't suppose it will still be there in the morning.
