I awoke at 315am in anticipation of the 5am (1pm) Andy Murray match and of course could not get back to sleep after that. Great play! Great start to Wimbledon in this amazing summer of sport.

Reuben and I kicked around at home today, me finding some time to tidy my overworked studio. We then picked up Callum from school and had an hour to spare before heading to the hospital. What an absolute magic space we found right here. And then I got a call from the Los Angeles Times who are running a piece on me. Had they asked me to write something for them, I'd have been here next year because I want to plan what to say and I can't find the perfect words. Here's hoping my spare of the moment replies to the reporter's very thought provoking words sufficed.
