Snaps in Switzerland

Experimental cooking.

Somehow we always seem to cook the same things ,just rotating the days on which they are cooked.

So I decided after flicking through the Good Food magazine to make warm broccoli and sausage salad tonight.
It was fairly easy and very tasty indeed.There is plenty leftover for me to have tomorrow as well.

I have found lots of other recipes to try at a later date and maybe will blip them if they work ..
