A dramatic ending to our holiday in Chicago, as we had 2hrs before leaving for airport, we decided to go
For lunch. On the way I tripped, fell and cracked my head on a stone step! I was seeing stars, the pain was immense! The Chicago Fire dept were passing and seen what happened so stopped to offer assistance, their medic checked me over and offered to take me to hospital but I explained we had a flight to catch, they agreed but left us with instructions to go to hospital if I felt sick or sleepy!

I do have a large lump on the back if my head and a headache, I feel so embarrassed. :-)
