Cantillon
Lads trip to Belgium to drink beer experience European culture. And where better to start than Cantillon Brewery, site of Brussells' last remaining traditional brewery.
Cantillon make a style of beer called 'lambic', which is fermented using natural airborne yeast, and then left to ferment out in enormous barrels. It looks more like a whisky distillery than a brewery. Lambic beer is unlike any other beer I've ever tried, but I like it. It's definitely an acquired taste though!
