You Don't know Coffee

It's the name of the shop. I like the dog and I like to buy beans there but I often wonder about the choice of name. Is it coffee snobbery? Is it wise marketing sense to great potential customers by belittling them right from the get go.
Is this in fact inspired by products available in the UK such as "I can't believe it's not butter" and "F*#k me is this custard or what?"

Why do we have a second car seat in the hallway, when we don't own a car?

Where did these toys come from, and who's the joker with camera?
