Pepper had an adventure

Found a big lump under his jaw yesterday, took him to the vet today (which went a hundred tunes better than I thought...because of his incredibly timid temperament I thought he'd freak, but he was so good). It was an abscess, and he had to have surgery, then got to spend most of the night inside at the foot of my bed. He was very happy in the morning when I let him out of his carrier. I was worried he'd be mad at me, but he wasn't at all. I learned that he is in fact neutered, and that he is about 5-6 years old. :-)
