Does my fur look good back-lit?

Flash has been sleeping on the windowcill for the last couple of weeks - hard surface but relatively cool as the window is open a crack (only a crack, otherwise she leans out alarmingly far). However, as it faces east, first thing in the morning, the little space heats up really quickly as the sunlight hits it full blast.

She soon lets me know it's time to get up, pushing the curtains open with her snout before coming over to the bed to give me a nudge.

This morning, I was convinced that she was laughing at me.
