Bliptogether challenge

The very thing about a challenge is that it's challenging, right. So there I was, kicking back, half watching a movie, half reading tweets when the blipfoto gauntlet was thrown down. So, I've re-tweeted it, facebooked it and then it was down to work on the photography bit.
The first subject had a light sabre stuck behind his back, had his paws tied to it with hair bobbles, and refused to keep his head up straight so had to be elastic-banded to the light sabre - luckily he is a stuffed beagle of the toy Snoopy variety so he didn't complain [but I could see the thought bubble rising from his head - "Curse You Red Baron!"]
I snapped him, uploaded the file from camera to laptop, edited his picture in Paintshop, then crossed the room to import the edited version via the Lightroom upload utility. Jotted some little thoughts about this whole process and voila - nothing - an error message.
Just at that point a potential subject entered the room - 'watcha doin?' So I show her the whole blipblog about the project the party, the works! "I'll do it," she cries, "can we go to the party, can we, can we?"
So the process starts all over again - photo, edit, upload, etc etc. And here we are...the first bliptogether of my week.
