Visited the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana where part of Da Vinci's Codex Atlanticum is kept. The gallery itself is actually beautiful, although Brera has the more famous art collection I would rather return to the Ambrosiana, the building and the rooms are stunning. Also seeing Da Vinci's notebooks is pretty cool, once again stunned by just how much he achieved. Unfortunately, despite all this amazing artwork I think the one thing that will stick in mine and Maiwenn's head is the painting with the giant dead frog in it. Not sure who the artist is, or what they were trying to achieve, but they decided to paint a giant dead frog on one side of their painting. Odd.
