Arrived in Berlin at lunch time and then had a bus tour around the city this afternoon. It was slightly frustrating because it wasn't an open top bus and so we had to cope with the dark windows and reflections, but it was interesting to see the city and get an idea of its history.

This sculpture was one of the eight commissioned by West Berlin in 1987 to mark Berlin's 750th anniversary.
