Restoring the Berlin Wall segment

Quick blip as I'm trying to stay on the straight and narrow.
One of the few positives in working at an office is that someone in the management of this building likes art, and procured some segments of the Berlin Wall (and has large contemporary paintings on the walls, not the usual insipid stuff). I'd wondered if anyone maintained it, now I know.
The Wall segment was to serve as an emergency blip someday: having a restorer is a lot better than one of the usual smokers who hangs out by it.
