Today I....

Got up at 5.40am, drove an hour to work, pumped out 11 hours straight without lunch, drove an hour home, missed England, ate a minimal amount and went without sugar. I had no time for a photo and at the time of writing (9.42) I'm going to bed.

Yeah, we have a dressing room, because dressing in the bedroom at 5.45am is not an option that can end well for me. I dress noisily.
