Out & about

I actually ventured out of the lab this afternoon for a visit to ITU...it was scary out in the big bad hospital.

It wasn't really scary at all and it was actually quite good to see what happens at the other end with the results we chuck out. It's nice to know that what we do does directly affect patient care, that what we do does make a real difference.

...maybe we should get out a bit more.
