Go with the flow.........

Not much cloud cover or sky interest tonight so I was instead drawn to the flow of water off the rocks.......
Feeling a bit washed out after stopping on the way back from the shoot to donate blood with my daughter. Dropped my BP a bit and so in the end was lucky daughter was there to drive home :)
Off to put the feet up and rehydrate....just going to go with the flow.......
