Hi! we're back.

The fuchsias are blooming for the second time this season. Is that normal?
The weather has changed for the worse today but it is supposed to get good again at the weekend.
In the meantime I have treated the Redhead to the only luxury that she has ever expressed an interest in (apart from Magnum ice cream bars and Wild Turkey Bourbon.). It is one of those swinging garden seat things that she saw somewhere and has been fantasising about for a week now. I told her to go ahead and get it. It is due to arrive at any minute, in flat pack form.
So, I will be spending the rest of my day (and probably tomorrow) assembling the goddamn thing. In the rain!
