It's Ready

The pool is now officially up and running. Had the boiler man come and service the boiler and turn it on for us yesterday. Today it's a lovely 84 degrees. It would be great if we had a good weekend of weather to look forward to....but apparently not! Never mind you get wet in a pool anyway so it will definitely be used come what may.

Two of my boys went off to Glastonbury today. Very excited they were. They have hired a teepee to sleep in. Quite sensible I think and it's less to take with them.Usually they buy a huge tent and end up leaving it there. It will rain this weekend as Glastonbury is on and Wimbledon.

My honeysuckle which had almost taken over the garden is being cut down :(. It's a rotten job as I'm getting scratched. Hubby did a lot yesterday and I'm doing my best today. I just love honeysuckle, I adore the scent. It's right outside my back door and in the morning and evening the smell is incredible. But down it must come and we are replanting it at the back of the garden between the field and our garden to give us privacy. Although we are on our own we get a lot of people walking their dogs and they are always nosing in on us....I'd do the same....but I'm a bit too exposed for my liking. I hope it grows quickly.

Off to bootcamp later plus a run. I've got a five mile event coming up in July and I'm not ready for it....nowhere near ready for it! My husband thinks he's going to get me round in near to 50 mins....some hope! But I'll try my best. I've also got race for life's pretty muddy event on Saturday and I need to be ready for that too.

After bootcamp I'm meeting my friend for a catch up. Haven't seen her for a while...well just over a week! Hubby is coming to join us which will be nice....looking forward to it.
