Blaze and Carriage

My wife recently lost her lovely ride and drive pony Daisy. We took her to Halifax for a possible operation. Due to the problem in the Stifle with a ligament and pad completely displaced, for no apparent reason, the surgeon said she would have less than 10% chance of a decent quality of life so the difficult decision was made.
However her lovely foal, Blaze, who is just two years three months old and bought by two good friends was tried in harness and trap for the first time. They have long reigned her for some time. It will be a while until she can be driven out, however you can see by Doreen's smile she was surprised and pleased at the first trial.
