Off the Leash

The day gradually improved and I cut the grass and planted leeks and red cabbage.

CMC made cheese and onion scones (with s ltlle sprinkling of paprika), an orange flavoured tea-loaf and the aforementioned pistachio / lemon and courgette cake. The cake stand was stacked as we entertained friends from Elgin.

I then collected my m-in-law from my mum's. They had been conspiring to arrange a day out on the randan togeher.
