Still life

I love things made of wood - so many variations of colour and texture. These wooden fruits have been collected over many years and from many places (the banana comes from a very specific type of tree which grows only in Tasmania) The wooden bowl that they are in is 'Camcraft', which used to be made here in my village - in fact as the local pharmacist, I made and supplied the edible polish which they used on the salad bowls (made with olive oil, linseed oil and beeswax).
