Keeping Track
To remind (or shame) me into moving more at work I've taken to scribbling down my step totals throughout the day. I could easily spend hours sat at my desk without moving so this helps prod me to get up every now and again as well as doing a major lunchtime stomp.
It'll be much easier stomping out the steps at lunchtime now it has cooled down a bit. It has been a bit of an effort lately as it has been meltingly hot. I'm looking forward to the change of weather even tough it means we'll get some rain.
